·               Performed competitive assessment of key Cellular/PCS competitors using AMPS, CDMA, TDMA, GSM technologies.

·               Collected, and analyzed baseline data for the purpose of improving system quality.

·               Worked closely with System Performance Engineers to resolve customer complaints by performing specific data collection, Call Detail Record (CDR), drive testing, post processing, and plot/report generation.

Knowledge and experience with iDEN CDMA, TDMA, GSM, PCS, Digital and Analog Optimization of       wireless telecommunications networks.  Performed drive-testing which involved the following software Proficiency/Deficiency testing and the process of raising the quality of the product through testing, Cell Site Shakedown, EVDO 3G. Optimization.

 

·               Tested the infrastructure with CDMA groups, Samsung, Nortel Networks and Sprint PCS, Lucent Technologies.

·               Test scripts for all of the major carriers 1 to 8 in a specific Market, City for the functional test case scenarios. The MOP (method of procedures).

·               RF-Performance Assessment: Reviewed drive-test data (RSSI, Call-in Process, BER C/I, Adjacent Channel, #, Digital-Analog calls, Roaming, Band) as well as network operational measures, and prioritized trouble areas.

 

·               Monitored Report files which contained the results for each handset tested; analyzed calls to determine if the handset recovered then documented and re-tested the same day.  Provided reports to the Assessment Team, and reported the test case results.  Followed up on the feedback and re-testing as required.

·               Developed support materials for technical documentation required generating client satisfaction.  Worked closely with the Project Manager, Senior Engineer and assisted with RF, hardware and software issues.  Corrected functional issues related to each phone type and Benchmark Equipment also Installation and de-installation to the Benchmark Vehicle.
